SellMyShop is a listing and marketplace platform. We are not the owner, seller, landlord, agent, solicitor, accountant or broker of the businesses listed unless clearly stated.
2. Listings
Users who post listings must make sure that all information is truthful, accurate and not misleading.
- You must have permission to advertise the business, shop, property or opportunity.
- You must not post fake, illegal, offensive or misleading listings.
- We may edit, reject, hide or remove listings at any time.
- Admin review does not mean we guarantee the listing is accurate.
3. Buyer responsibility
Buyers must do their own checks before paying deposits, signing leases or buying a business. This can include checking accounts, lease terms, business rates, licences, equipment, debts, staff, VAT, legal restrictions and planning permission.
4. No professional advice
Information on this website is general only. It is not legal, financial, tax or business advice. You should speak to a solicitor, accountant or professional adviser before making a decision.
5. Payments and promotions
Listing prices, free promotions and discount codes can change. If a free launch promotion is active, listings may still need admin approval before going live.
6. Messages and contact
Users are responsible for their own communication. Do not send spam, abuse, scams or illegal offers. We may restrict or remove accounts that misuse the website.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate listings, failed deals, disputes between users, business performance, lease problems or third-party services.
